Celebrations of Life

We celebrate and honour!

Life is filled with exquisite gifts if we stop, look and listen…… English poet laureate, Andrew Motion, suggests that the service for our loved one who has passed on should be so sensitively presented, that “we should imagine handing a photograph to everyone present for them to keep when the ceremony ends”.

My heart goes out to anyone who suffers a deep loss, be that someone a close relative, friend or even a beloved pet. Articulating such a deeply personal loss can seem almost impossible, but together we can honour that unique individual who can never be replaced or forgotten. We can remember the precious moments we shared with them and appreciate the future moments enriched with the tender memory of their presence. We can give ourselves permission to express authentic grief in the midst of our intense pain.

Let me take your hand and I will sensitively guide you through this process.

I have found that before, during and after memorials very touching connections can emerge and these may inspire a renewed, creative acceptance for living life …….this shared support gives us healing and hope to continue moving forward ……together.
